These Terms of Service govern your use of HELLFIRE. By creating an account or playing the game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Required

An account is required to play HELLFIRE. Registration requires a valid email address, a username, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized tools, disrupt the service, impersonate another player, abuse other players, or use HELLFIRE for unlawful purposes.

3. Game Content and Progress

HELLFIRE, including its software, artwork, names, text, and game content, belongs to HELLFIRE and its licensors. Game progress, virtual items, and leaderboard results are digital game features and have no cash value.

4. No Advertisements

HELLFIRE is an ad-free game. We do not show advertisements as part of the game experience.

5. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, harms the service, or threatens the safety of other players. We may also modify or discontinue game features when reasonably necessary.

6. Availability and Updates

We aim to keep HELLFIRE available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Updates may be required to continue playing or to maintain compatibility and security.

7. Disclaimer

HELLFIRE is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, HELLFIRE is not responsible for losses caused by service interruptions, unauthorized access resulting from failure to protect account credentials, or misuse of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of HELLFIRE after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
